Data Deletion
CEMAS S.R.L. respects your right to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Paraguay's Law 6534/20 on Personal Data Protection.

How to request deletion
To request deletion of the data we hold about you, follow these steps:
- Send an email to:
lucianomarsal@cemas.com.py - Email subject: "Data deletion request"
- Include in the body:
- Full name
- National ID number (front and back photo)
- Phone / WhatsApp number you used to contact us
- Explicit confirmation that you want your data deleted
Alternative via WhatsApp: message us at +595 976 301058 with the text "Data deletion request" and we will guide you through identity verification.
Response time
We process requests within 15 business days of receipt. We confirm via email or WhatsApp once deletion is complete.
What data is deleted
Once your identity is verified, we delete:
- Your identification data (name, ID, address, phone, email)
- Vehicle and driver data
- Supporting documentation uploaded (receipts, photos, records)
- Messages exchanged via WhatsApp Business (text, audio, images, documents)
- Emails related to quotes or inquiries
What data we may retain
Due to legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (Law 6534/20, tax regulations, anti-money laundering), we may retain:
- Data related to active policies for the duration of the contract.
- Minimum information required to meet retention obligations for 5 years from the last transaction.
- Data required by judicial order, regulator, or legal mandate.
After the legal retention period, this data is also automatically deleted or anonymized.
Data deletion in WhatsApp / Meta
If you interacted with us via WhatsApp Business, you can also:
- Delete the chat from your own WhatsApp app. This removes messages from your device, but not from our systems. To also delete our copy, follow the steps under "How to request deletion" above.
- Request deletion of messages in our systems by sending the email or WhatsApp indicated.
